Kalpana Cleaning Services collects customer details strictly to schedule and deliver cleaning assignments. This includes your name, mobile phone number, email address, and service address. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third-party marketing agencies.

2. Service Partner Confidentiality

Assigned cleaning partners receive only the customer's first name, service address, and job instructions necessary to carry out the cleaning assignment on the scheduled day. Partner identity records (including Aadhaar and PAN documents) are stored on encrypted private disks inaccessible to the public internet.

3. Payment Information Security

We do not store credit or debit card numbers on our servers. All UPI QR transactions occur directly over the NPCI banking protocol, with transaction verification records secured using cryptographic hash validation.
